Agrivaan follows a limited refund policy based on booking and payment status. Please read the guidelines below to understand when refunds are applicable.
Refund Guidelines
Wallet Recharges
Wallet recharge amounts are generally non-refundable.
Accepted Bookings
Once a machinery owner accepts a booking request, automatic refunds are not applicable.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction with successful debit
- Verified technical errors
Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
Case-by-Case Reviews
Agrivaan reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–7 business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.
